Hardwood floor in family room was refinished using a sander.

David and his assistant put plastic up around the perimeter of the room to keep the dust from spreading. The dust was minimal because they vacuumed as they went. David was very personable and made sure his customer was informed along the way, as well as pleased. This factor was helpful in making a long (drying) process more pleasant. He blended two different stain colors and, to my amazement, he matched the original color of the floor. After three coats of clear polyurethane, the floor is beautiful and I can easily recommend this company for the high quality of their work and the care they take.

Our living room and dining room had been carpeted for years and my husband and I decided we wanted a change in both of these rooms. We knew there were hardwood floors underneath the carpeting, but did not know the condition they were in. Upon removing the carpet, we found out that they were all paint stained and had some flaws in the wood. Brian came to give us an estimate for both rooms and we felt his estimate was reasonable. Next, David and his partner came and did the actual sanding/staining. When David saw our floors, he said they were in beautiful condition, since they had always been carpeted and by sanding them, they would look perfect. The dust from the sanding was kept at a minimum, due to the plastic they carefully hung in each of the rooms. We decided to go with a clear poly finish and loved seeing all the beautiful grains in the wood come through. David was very professional and checked in with me every morning to see if I had any questions or concerns. He did offer rsome suggestions throughout the process, and both my husband and I were thrilled with the end results. I would recommend this company to anyone interested in having their hardwood floors redone.

The hardwood floors in my mother’s home(original floors from 1955) were sanded down to the clean wood. Entire floor areas of 3 bedrooms, living room and dinette area including all closets were then vacuumed and three coats (over 3 days) of urethane finish. A fantastic job done by respectful young men. I gave them the keys to the house and they completed the job with no problems at all. I will have them finish the floors in my home in the future. The floors looked so fantastic!!

These guys are really good. The do a sanding/polyurethane finish. They did not go to bare wood and stain again. Our floors were very tired being 10 years old. The previous owners had dogs and there were many deep scratches they could not get out but the floor do look 90% better. We actually had some bare spots from the kids riding bikes in the house (yes, we are bad parents). Overall, I highly recommend!

I had 3 rooms and a walkway that needed to be done in a very short time frame and it had to be perfect because I had to show the house and it is in a very good area. Floor was refinished very well; it was an older parquet floor. Unfortunately, the old glue beneath the floor tiles broke during the refinishing process causing the floor to buckle after the weather warmed up and moisture got into the wood. Although they had not encountered this problem before, they resolved the problem with us in a fair and responsive manner. The true measure of a company is how it responds to complaints, and they were very responsive in that regard. Ultimately, we had to replace the floor as it couldn’t be salvaged, which was unfortunate because they did an excellent job in refinishing it.

Description Of Work:david and another worker sanded down my foyer floor. they taped all entry ways so as to avoid dust in other rooms in the house. the first visit was to sand down the old floor and then they returned the next 3 days to apply the remaining coats of polyurethane.
Member Comments:brian made the initial visit and gave me a price on the floor then. his price was very good so I didn’t hesitate to set up the job. he measured my floor at 95 square feet. I had actually received another price which was much higher. they were all a pleasure to have work in our home. I would definitely recommend them.
